As a team member for Adam Jackson State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prefer 1+ year(s) of experience in insurance and financial services, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance Licenses - may apply and explore the opportunity before obtaining licenses.
Licensing study guides and testing fees are 100% reimbursable.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
